Heb je je wel eens afgevraagd hoe Katie en Jules zich klaarmaken voordat ze het podium opgaan? De sleutel tot The Ting's energiebron is simpel - muziek en vodka! Katie zet altijd keihard de 'Ghostbusters Theme' aan en Jules luisterd liever The Talking Heads 'Once In A Lifetime', en beiden slaan ze een Red Bull Vodka achterover voordat de show begint. Waarom Berlijn?

Jules en Katie hebben eindelijk onthuld waarom zij voor Berlijn hebben gekozen om hun nieuwe album op te nemen. Ze hebben een oude jazz club gevonden die ze zullen ombouwen tot een studio (omdat muren afbreken in Berlijn zo gewaardeerd wordt) om vervolgens daar hun nieuwe tracks te testen op publiek dat totaal niet bekend is met het werk van de Ting Tings. Keep checking the News and Live sections for details of the summer festivals the band get confirmed for- to date, they're on the bill at Benicassim in Spain (July 17th-20th) and Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL (August 1st-3rd).
