I write to you with a hangover in Berlin, at least the sun has been out today. I heard that in Berlin they call March the month of hope as the depressing snow/darkness/rain/shitness is almost over. we lived in the studio all yesterday recording and spending hours on a new big keyboard. I think we may have to go down the ibiza dance tunes route as it has great club sounds. Maybe we can be a dance remix band... Marcos our engineer brought it with him.this is marcos

he sits for hours whilst we write and fight and then hits record as soon as we are ready. He's super quick and probably the only reason we will get an album out in the next decade ( : he's American so we are teaching him to say "let's do one" when we need to leave somewhere. He is teaching us "let's bounce" and "let's blow this piece" instead which I think sounds rather fetching in a uk accent...... He made us promise never to say it in public!!
Apart from writing songs ( don't want to blog everyday saying "we wrote a song, we deleted it and ate shnitzel instead" -we have a pet raccoon. It lives on our roof and eats gambas and fruit that we leave out for it. Didn't know you could get them here but apparently 25 escaped from a fur farm in the 60's and started a little raccoon community here.
Could somebody please give it a name for us? We just keep shouting raccoon at it.
I will try and get some photographic evidence of it and put it up here. It's pretty big so I fear it may bite my finger off or something if I get too close. I read that 5 raccoons jumped an old lady somewhere in the states and she was in hospital for days. Hmm....

We are still freezing our arses off in Berlin, working on our album, but on the 16th of January we are gonna take a little detour as we are the musical guest for Saturday Night Live.

To see the show- tune in on the 16th of jan to NBC at 11:30 PM.

Then back to Berlin for a little bit, then back to the states for the Grammy's.
Good job we like flying.......... Hmmmpp!

Christmas Shows Have Begun

As of this past weekend,we are back in the states.

Our Christmas radio shows started off December 5th in Los Angeles and will run through the 13th.
For everybody in Pittsburgh, Columbus, Orlando, and Tampa...hope you can make it out for our upcoming gigs.

Grammy Nomination

Hello everybody,
Just wanted to say we are delighted about beingnominated for a grammy. All that hard touring of the USA did us proud!Thanks to everyone that came to see us and supported us.

We gotthe news at 5 am this morning as we got up to take a flight from berlinto LA for some more shows out there. We got into our drivers car in adaze of gobsmacked-ness and forgot to take our bags to the airport...sowe ended up missing our flight.

We are currently back in our studio in Berlin, waiting to leave again tomorrow-hopefully more successfully ( :
Wehave been working on our album for the past 4 weeks. Cant wait to playyou some new tunes next year. I think you might like it.

adidas paint gig, this time it's in LA

If any of you had a look at our Manchester adidas paint party video, then you already know what's coming...

On Saturday, September 19th together with adidas, we are putting on another paint gig in the LA area.

We will have tracksuits and all kinds of mediums to paint and create art with. All of your artistic efforts will then be transformed into collectible covers of our "Great DJ" single...to be released later this month. And of course, we will be playing a gig for you during the event.

It's going to be a wicked time!

Adidas recently helped us put on the most memorable show we have ever played!

It reminded us of what we truly love doing and we plan to do more of this type
